The transaction at BrilliantSolarLights.com has been extremely smooth.  After I placed an order, I was contacted by Paul that my item is backordered with the supplier.  I wasn't happy about it as I wanted my item right away.  Seems there was a general backlog for this item from all online vendors.  Paul has stayed in touch with me throughout the backorder and kept notifying me on the supply status.  Not many online vendors do this.  Since the wait was quite long for stock, I even got a cash discount.  Item finally arrived and Paul once again followed through to make sure everything is OK.   BrilliantSolarLights.com has an impeccable service and dedication to make customers happy!  If I need any more solar stuffï, this is the only place that I'll be shopping at.

You know when you order online and you feel like there's no human being connected at the other end?

It's the holidays and a lot of us are shopping online. As consumers we have become nothing more than credit card data input, order numbers, confirmations and auto emails but there is hope! I discovered a place to order where I'm treated like a real, live and valued customer. Stranger even than that, there is a human being connected at the other end of my order!  I ordered from www.brilliantsolarlights.com and they were, unfortunately, unable to fulfill my out of stock request. So, generally, that is where the story ends, right? Not so with this brilliant company. Instead, I received a personal email from Paul Low at the company, letting me know that I had ordered an item that was out of stock along with personalized shopping tips to help me find similar replacements. How unexpected! Paul and I emailed back and forth several times until we could come to a satisfactory conclusion. He was prompt, courteous, and genuinely cared about my shopping experience.
